Mm... [ She only hums in response at first, partly because it doesn't occur to her that he has no idea of her ability to hear emotions either. That made it a lot more unbearable. ]
Well, I stuck around a little to try and help people out. A few of the people who were in need of help needed a little therapy so I talked to them a bit before they found their families. Hopefully it helped a bit. I'm not there anymore though, no.

...Were there a lot of people who needed help? I got caught up tryin' to find and help my friends and my roommate. I couldn't make it to the marketplace before the guards closed it all off.
